I have taken a leading role in data processing and statistical analysis for two longitudinal studies and an intervention study. My work primarily involved the application of advanced statistical modeling techniques to assess the health impacts of work-related exposures in diverse working populations. Beyond technical analysis, I actively provided statistical consultations and SAS programming support to enhance the rigor and credibility of research publications.

I contributed to the pre-final analysis of MIND (Memory Improvement through Nicotine Dosing) study, a Phase II multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial targeting long-term nicotine treatments for mild cognitive impairment. My role involved executing clinical and behavioral outcomes scoring, developing standardized analysis datasets, and analyzing baseline characteristics to support the randomization of the study.
I worked under the supervision of Ryan Pili and Dr. Alan Kawamoto investigating visual cues of consonants and lexical tone in English and Mandarin Chinese. My work mainly involved analyzing dynamic facial movements and head motion trajectories as time-series data for speech analysis, providing valuable insights into the biomechanics of multilingual speech production.

I participated in a project examining the evolution of urban infrastructure in Irvine. I constructed a comprehensive dataset to analyze changes in bicycle lanes over a decade, containing over 6,000 panoramic Google Street View images. Using semantic segmentation and edge detection, I identified the development of bicycle lanes, sidewalks, and other critical urban planning elements. My findings provided actionable insights to improve infrastructure in line with sustainable transportation goals.
